Requesting Access
Determine what role you will need as part of your department's hiring process. Use our
Role Request form to review the roles and request access. Once we have received your completed form, we will set up your account and return login instructions by email. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for
processing.
Taleo Access Training
Some roles require training before we can provide system access. If training is required for your role in Taleo, we will send an email with instructions after we receive your
Role Request form. If you haven't received your training instructions yet, please email
taleo@ou.edu.

Updating Access
If you need your access updated (title change, changing departments, etc.), send
a Role Request form with the updated information and the "Update User" checkbox marked and we will update the account. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been updated.
Removing Access
If you no longer need access to Taleo or Position Description (change of role, leaving the university, etc.), send a
Role Request form with the "Remove User" checkbox marked and we will remove the account. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been updated.
